A 9:45 Tradition

Fr. McKenna greeting the parishioners and visitors of Holy Family Villa on Sunday, July 16, 2017

As you all know, Fr. McKenna celebrated his 98th Birthday last week.  This Blog is now 6 years old, and he is very proud of it.  In that time, he has gathered 305 followers, posted 311 messages that have been viewed almost 39,000 times from over 120 countries!  He enjoys all the feedback and comments that he receives, here and on his Facebook site.  There is one more thing this extraordinary man enjoys.  Each Sunday, before the 9:45 Mass at Holy Family’s Chapel, Fr. McKenna greets those coming to Mass and passes out a printed version of his weekly message.

Day in and day out, Fr. McKenna continues to minister to all who will listen to his message of hope and love, from this Jesus of Nazareth!
